[00:00:09:18] [ What were some of your first experiences reading? ] [00:00:12:12] The first time I ever remember reading was with my mom [00:00:15:00] from my little Muppets book when I was, like, 6 or 7. [00:00:18:23] I could recite it word-for-word but at the end I learned how to read from that. [00:00:23:02] [ Did your parents read with you a lot when you were little? ] [00:00:25:15] Yeah, all the time, like the little "Golden Books" [00:00:27:22] I can't remember any of the stories but those were the main ones that they would read to me. [00:00:31:27] [00:00:35:18] [ Did your mom read more with you or your dad? ] [00:00:38:06] Umm, it was equal, it's just the first time I remember was my mom. [00:00:41:22] [ Did they put a big emphasis on reading or.. ] [00:00:45:11] Definitely, it was very important that I knew how to read, I guess.
