Nowhere by Nobody

RACHEL: Well I guess I started first liking writing, I was probably in the third grade. My best friend and I decided we were going to make a band and it was called Nobody and our song was called "Nowhere" so thus the age of writing is born. I really started liking essays when I was in the fifth grade, I know I'm a weird kid. My teachers really started complimenting me and it's really good for kids to have praise. I took it to heart and just kind of took off with it. I won an essay contest that year and that kind of confirmed my love for essays. In the sixth grade I got my first journal and really took off with poetry. That's honestly, probably my love is poetry out of everything that I write. There it began.
