[00:00:00.07]	I found myself, unknowingly,

[00:00:07.97]	and it was my turn to speak to them. 

[00:00:11.90]	And I went to get my, my typed up talk,

[00:00:30.25]	And um, one of my counselors, he saw me fidgeting

[00:00:38.27]	and I said, "I didn't bring my notes."

[00:00:41.62]	And his response was, "Well, do you want me to take longer?"

[00:00:56.50]	so that was the first time that I spoke with no notes,

[00:01:27.54]	but it was more of a crutch.

[00:01:29.94]	Because when I had the notes in front of me, 

[00:01:33.09]	I would rarely look up, because I needed to make sure I kept my place. 

[00:01:38.44]	Maybe it was stemmed from when I was sixteen years old.
