Description: At Gregory-Portland High School in Portland, Texas, seniors in the Dual Credit English classes interviewed each other, asking the primary question: “Why do you write?” The students were given this assignment as a means of opening their eyes to the various ways in which writing impacts their day to day lives. The results of the interviews are compiled below.
